Abstract
استهدف البحث تسليط الضوء على آثار التطور التكنولوجي الذي نشهده اليوم في مختلف الميادين على أداء الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة، وعلى سياسة إدارة الموارد البشرية من خلال صقلها بالمهارات والقدرات اللازمة لمواكبة تحديات هذه الثورة، مع ضرورة توعية المستويات الإدارية والفنية المختلفة بأهمية دور وسائل التقنية المتعددة في رفع مستوى أداء الموارد البشرية من خلال الاهتمام بالتدريب المتخصص في مجالات تقنية المعلومات لجميع الموظفين عن طريق جدولة البرامج التدريبية الخاصة بالتقنيات وفق الاحتياج لها في كل قسم، والعمل على المتابعة للمتغيرات وتطورها. The research aimed to shed light on the effects of technological development that we witness today in various fields on the performance of human resources in the institution and on the human resources management policy by refining them with the skills and abilities necessary to cope with the challenges of this revolution. In raising the level of performance of human resources through the attention to specialized training in the areas of information technology for all employees by scheduling the training programs for the techniques according to the need in each section، and work to follow up the changes and development .
