| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: عملت الجزائر على مدار السنوات السابقة على إيجاد مجموعة من الآليات لدعم الاستثمار في القطاع الزراعي، وبالأخصّ في ولايات الجنوب الجزائري تعزيزاً للإقتصاد الوطني من جهة ومن أجل تحقيق الأمن الغذائي الوطني من جهة أخرى. وقد تزايد اهتمام الجزائر بتطوير سياسات دعم الاستثمار في القطاع الزراعي من خلال تبني استراتيجيات متعددة، وهو ما قادنا لنتساءل حول انعكاسات تلك السياسات التي تدعم الاستثمار الزراعي في تعزيز الأمن الغذائي الوطني مع التركيز على ولاية الوادي كحالة دراسية. ونهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى ابراز مكانة القطاع الزراعي في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي الوطني بالجزائر، والجهود التي بذلتها الدولة من أجل تطوير هذا القطاع بالأخص في مناطق الجنوب الجزائري، ومدى إسهامها في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي الوطني. :Abstract Over the past years, Algeria has developed a series of mechanisms to support investment in the agricultural sector, particularly in the southern Algerian provinces, in order to strengthen the national economy and to achieve national food security. Algeria has been increasingly interested in developing policies to support investment in the agricultural sector through the adoption of multiple strategies, which has led us to wonder about the implications of those policies that support agricultural investment in strengthening national food security with a focus on the wilaya of El Oued as a case of study. Through this study, we aim to highlight the position of the agricultural sector in achieving national food security in Algeria, the efforts made by the State to develop this sector, particularly in the regions of southern Algeria, and its contribution to national food security. | |
