| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : يحظى موضوع مذكرة المؤسسات الناشئة باهتمام كبير ومتزايد مؤخرا، وهذا الاهتمام يعود إلى الوعي بأهمية إعداد مذكرة للمؤسسات الناشئة قصد تشييد مؤسسات تساهم بشكل فعال في النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني وتحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية والتطور العلمي والتكنولوجي من أجل مواكبة التغيرات الاقتصادية العالمية التي تتجه نحو ما يعرف بالثورة التكنولوجية واقتصاد المعرفة، إلا أن إعداد المذكرات للمؤسسات الناشئة يصادفه مجموعة من المعوقات التي تحددون الوصول إلى الهدف المنشود منها خاصة أن المؤسسات الناشئة أصبحت النموذج الاقتصادي الناجح الذي لجأت إليه مختلف دول العالم وعلى غرارها الجزائر نظرا لتميزها بعدة خصائص ومميزات عن غيرها من أنواع المؤسسات الأخرى حيث تسمح بالاستجابة الفعالة الاحتياجات المجتمع المتغيرة والمتسرعة بشكل مستمر، ومن بين المعوقات التي تصادف الطلبة أثناء إعداد مذكرة المؤسسات الناشئة نجد المعوقات التكوينية إضافة إلى المعوقات التمويلية والمالية التي تعرقل تحقيق الفكرة الابتكارية بنجاعة إلا أن الرغبة في تقديم الأفضل يجعل الطالب ملحا في إنجاز مذكرة المؤسسة الناشئة وتقديمها نظرا لما تحمله من أفكار وأراء ابتكاريه تفيد في تطوير المجتمع وتضمن توفير فرص العمل لخريجي الجامعات عندما يكون هناك من يتبنى الفكرة ويجسدها بفاعلية. abstract : The topic of the Memorandum of Enterprises in general has received increasing attention recently. This increased attention is due to the awareness of the importance of preparing a memorandum for emerging enterprises for their establishment, the advancement of the national economy, social development and scientific and technological development in order to keep pace with the global economic changes that are moving towards the so-called industrial revolution and knowledge economy. However, the preparation of memorandums for emerging enterprises is a set of constraints that are determined without reaching the objective. These include formative constraints during the preparation of the memorandum of emerging and more severe institutions, which constitute a significant obstacle to university degree holders' funding and financial constraints that are difficult to avoid and maintain. However, the desire and progress of the best prevented this, so that the memorandum of the emerging institution becomes easy to prepare and present due to the ideas and effective innovative opinions it holds within society and ensures that job opportunities are provided to university graduates when there are.......The idea and all of it to achieve the desired results as well as profits and overcome obstacles to facilitate their creation and sustainability. | |
