Abstract
Résumé
Peganum harmala est un arbuste qui appartient à la famille des zygophyllacées. C’est une plante médicinale largement utilisée en médecine traditionnelle en Algérie. La présente étude visait à réaliser un screening phytochimique préliminaire et à évaluer les activités anti-inflammatoire, antioxydante, et antibactérienne de différents extraits des feuilles.
Selon les études précédentes, la plante Peganum harmala a révélé un taux important des alcaloïdes, des tanins et des coumarines. De plus, les résultats montrent que la plante a une activité antioxydante et une activité antimicrobienne. A partir de ces données, la plante Peganum harmala possède un fort pouvoir pharmacologique due à sa richesse en métabolites secondaires. Cependant, son utilisation prolongée pourrait être à l’origine de différentes anomalies.
Abstract
Peganum harmala is a shrub that belongs to the Zygophyllaceae family. It is a medicinal plant widely used in traditional medicine in Algeria. The present study aimed to carry out a preliminary phytochemical screening and to evaluate the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial activities of various extracts from the leaves.
According to previous studies, the Peganum harmala plant revealed a high level of alkaloids, tannins and coumarins. In addition, the results show that the plant has antioxidant and antimicrobial activities. From these data, the Peganum harmala plant has a strong pharmacological power due to its richness in secondary metabolites. However, its prolonged use could cause various anomalies.
الملخص
الحرمل هي شجيرة تنتمي إلى عائلة القديسية هو عبارة عن نبات طبي باستخدم على نطاق واسع في الطب التقليدي في الجزائر. تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى إجراء فحص كيميائي نباتي أولي وتقييم الأنشطة المضادة للالتهابات ومضادات الأكسدة والمضادات الحيوية لمستخلصات مختلفة من الأوراق.
وفقًا لدراسات سابقة ،كشف نبات الحرمل عن وجود نسبة عالية من القلويات والعفص و الكومارين. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، أظهرت النتائج أن النبات له نشاط مضاد للأكسدة ونشاط مضاد للميكروبات. من هذه البيانات، يمكن القول بأن نبات الحرمل يمتلك قوة دوائية قوية بسبب ثرائه بالمستقلبات الثانوية. ومع ذلك ، فإن استخدامه لفترة طويلة يمكن أن يسبب
العديد من الحالات المرضية.
