| dc.description.abstract | تعاني الكثير من الدول النامية عجزا مزمنا في موازينها التجارية الأمر الذي يوقعها في مأزق المديونية الخارجية ويضعف من القاعدة الادخارية المحلية، ويشكل بالتالي عقبة كبيرة أمام محاولات التنمية في هذه الدول وقد تلجأ العديد منها إلى تبني أنظمة أسعار صرف أجنبي تسمح باستخدام سياسة سعر الصرف أداة لمواجهة هذه الاختلالات التجارية الهدف من الدراسة هو إبراز دور وآثار تخفيض قيمة سعر الصرف على مجموعة من المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تقنية تخفيض قيمة العملة تتطلب وضع سياسة مالية واقتصادية ممنهجة، كاملة ومتكاملة من أجل تحسين المؤشرات الاقتصادية، لأنه يمكن أن تكون هناك فجوة إنكماشية ناتجه عن الضغوط التضخمية . Many countries suffer from a chronic deficit in their trade balances, which puts them in the dilemma of external debt and weakens the domestic savings base, and thus constitutes a major obstacle to development attempts in these countries, and many of them may resort to adopting foreign exchange rate systems that allow the use of a rate policy. The exchange is a tool for countering these trade imbalances. The aim of the study is to highlight the role and effects of devaluation of the exchange rate on a set of macroeconomic variables. The study concluded that the technique of devaluation requires the development of a systematic, complete and integrated financial and economic policy in order to improve economic indicators, because there can be a deflationary gap. It is caused by inflationary pressures. | |
