Abstract
الملخص : عانت المرأة الجزائرية في تاريخها المعاصر من تعسف مختلف السياسات الإستعمارية الفرنسية الجائرة ،من تجهيل وفرنسة وتمييز وتفقير ...، إذ عاشت واقعا مزريا ميزه البؤس والجهل والتخلف إلى أن برزت جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين إلى الوجود في الخامس من ماي 1931، والتي حاولت إخراج المجتمع الجزائري من حالة التخلف والركود الفكري التي هو عليها، فكانت حالة المرأة وما تعانيه أول ما شغر إهتمام علمائها.
أدرجت قضية المرأة الجزائرية ضمن أولويات المشروع الإعلامي في جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين حيث أبدى الكثير من العلماء والمصلحين إهتماما كبيرا بموضوع المرأة وقضاياها كون أن إصلاح المجتمع متوقف على صلاح البذرة الطيبة التي تعددت مهامها في المجتمع من تربية النشئ إلى إعداد أجيال فهي الوالدة والحاضنة والتربية ... وإدراكا من علماء الجمعية بذلك عملوا على تعزيز مكانة المرأة وترقية شؤونها والنهوض بها بإصلاح بعض المشكلات التي تعاني منها في ظل الظروف المحاطة بها.
تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في الكشف عن مكانة المرأة الجزائرية في الفكر الإصلاحي الجزائري، وما قدمته من جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين للنهوض بالمرأة وترقيتها، بالوقوف على أهم القضايا والمشكلات التي تعاني منها المرأة الجزائرية في ذلك الوقت.
Abstract : The Algerian woman suffered in modern history from the abuse of the various French colonial policies from spreading ignorance to francization
oliscirimination and improvishment. She lived in misery , ignorance and underdevelopment till the emergence if the association of the Algerian
muslim ulema on may 05th 1931. This latter tried to take out the Algerian society from the state of underdevelopment and intellectual lackness as such , the state of the woman was the priority of its ulema.
The value of the Algerian woman was set amonr the priorities of the reformational project of the association of the Algerian muslim ulema. Many reformes showed great concerns about the issue of the woman because reforming the society depends on reforming the good seed whose mission is to educate the young and to prepare tomorrow’s generation because she is the mother , the breast feeder and the tutor. Because of the awareness of the ulema of her role, they worked on fostering the status of the woman promoting her interests, and advancing her by fixing some of the problems that she suffers from in the light of the surrounding circumstances. The importance of this study is in the fact that it reveals the status of the woman in the Algerian reformational intellect and what the Algerian association of muslim ulema to promote the Algerian woman by focusing on the most important issues and problems which the Algerian woman suffered from during that time.
