| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: تبحث الدراسة في تحليل علاقة و أثر أبعاد تمكين العاملين على جودة الحياة الوظيفية بمؤسسات عمومية للصحة باستخدام نماذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد . وجدت علاقة خطية بين أبعاد تمكين العاملين و أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية، بدرجات أثر متفاوتة ، مما يمكن من المفاضلة بين تلك الأبعاد ذات الأثر الأكبر ، لإختيار أفضل النماذج التي تصف العلاقة الممثلة للتمكين بالنسبة للعاملين على جودة الحياة الوظيفية. The study examines the analysis of the relationship and the impact of doctor's empowerment dimensions on the quality of work life, in public health institutions at Khenchela and Eloued stats , using simple and multiple linear regression models. A linear relationship was found between the dimensions of doctor's empowerment and the dimensions of quality of work life, with varying degrees of impact, which enables a comparison between those dimensions with the greatest impact, to choose the best models that describe the representative relationship of empowerment for doctors to the quality of work life. | |
