Abstract
يهدف البحث إلى إبراز العراقيل التي تحول دون تحقيق الأمن و السلم في المتوسط، خاصة بعد الأحداث التي عرفها مؤخرا، لانتشار التسابق نحو التسلح والرغبة في إسقاط الأنظمة، والحروب و النزاعات الدولية وغير الدولية والهجرة غير الشرعية نحو الدول الأوروبية. وتوصلنا إلى أن الأمن في المتوسط يحتاج إلى العقلانية في التسيير وعدم الإفراط في حل المشاكل الداخلية أو الدولية باستعمال السلاح و القوة ، لأن العنف لا يولد سوى العنف، وهو ما يجعل الأمن و السلم الدوليين في المنطقة ينعدم، وبالتالي التأثير على حقوق الإنسان . The research aims to highlight the obstacles that prevent the achievement of security and peace in the Mediterranean, especially after the recent events in which it became known, due to the spread of the arms race and the desire to bring down regimes, International and non-international wars and conflicts, and illegal immigration to european countries. And we concluded that security in the Mediterranean needs rationality in its management and not to excessive solving internal or international problems by using arms and force, because violence only generates violence, which makes international peace and security in the region null, thus affecting human rights.
