| dc.description.abstract | سعت الجزائر للتخلص من التبعية الاقتصادية لقطاع المحروقات، وذلك باتباع خطط تنموية، ومنح امتيازات متعددة للاستثمار، لتتماشى مع التغيرات الاقتصادية، بالإضافة الى الاهتمام البالغ بالزراعة الصحراوية، من اجل التقليل من التأثيرات السلبية لتقلبات اسعار النفط، كما ان المزج بين القطاعات الإنتاجية كالفلاحة والصناعة والسياحة، والتي يعول عليها لقيادة التغير المطلوب، فأن الكثير من الخبراء والاقتصاديين تحث على ضرورة وحتمية التوجه نحو التنويع الاقتصادي الصحراوي لما تمتلكه الصحراء الجزائرية من مقومات تساعدها على ذلك. Algeria sought to get rid of economic dependence on the hydrocarbon sector, by following development plans, and granting multiple concessions for investment, to keep pace with economic changes, in addition to paying great attention to desert agriculture, in order to reduce the negative effects of fluctuations in oil prices, and the mixing of productive sectors such as agriculture, industry and tourism , which is relied upon to lead the required change, many experts and economists urge the necessity and inevitability of heading towards the Saharawi economic diversification because of the elements that the Algerian Sahara possesses that help it to do so. | |
