| dc.description.abstract | الملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى تحليل واقع التخطيط الحضري بمدينة خنشلة من وجهة نظر سسيولوجية، وان صح التعبير هي رصد صورة حول الممارسة الفعلية للتخطيط الحضري بالمدينة، ولتحقيق الهدف المسطر وجه الباحثون الدراسة لمجموعة من الخبراء والمختصين في ذات المجال بمديرية التهيئة والتعمير لولاية خنشلة بحيث توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: وجود حلقة مفرغة لتنفيذ عملية التخطيط الحضري بحكم اقتصارها على سد العجز السكني فقط دون مراعاة ما تخلفه البيئة الحضرية من معضلات ترجع في أصلها إلى قلة الدراسات التي لها علاقة بالواقع المعاش، و قد أوصى الباحثون بالإلمام بجميع جوانب المجال الحضري مع الإشراك الفعلي للمجتمع من طرف الهيئات المعنية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التخطيط، التخطيط الحضري. Abstract : This study aims to analyze the reality of the urban planning in the city of Khenchela from a sociological perspective. If you will, it is the picture's observation of the urban planning actual practice of the city. Towards the aimed goal the researchers addressed the study to a group of experts and specialists of the same field in the department of creating of reconstruction of khenchela state and the analytical approach to analyze the data of the interview guide which has a set of questions to prove the hypothesizes . The study found a set of findings, the most prominent are: A vicious circle for the implementation of the urban planning operation, it is limitated just by the housing shortage regardless of the problems created by the urban environment. Its origin is due to the fact that the studies have little to do with the lived reality. Researchers have recommended dealing with all the urban fields’ aspects and the effective involvement of society from all the concerned bodies | |
