| dc.description.abstract | Abstract The industrial sector is one of the largest sectors that contribute to environmental degradation, and despite the systems and advanced technologies of industrialized countries in which facilities are required to reduce this impact, the many industrial activities and the increasing demand for them still constitute a pressure on the environment and its natural resources, while in the developing countries the environment is suffering from a double negative effect, as the old environmental impact still exists and has not been resolved, such as deforestation and soil erosion, in addition to the emergence of new problems accompanying the industrial processes, such as the high percentage of greenhouse gases, water and air pollution, and the high volume of waste , The occurrence of desertification, and chemical pollution. For example, the unit of manufacturing milk and its derivatives during manufacturing produces various wastes that pose a threat and danger to humans and the environment, so we chose in our topic to study the impact of these wastes (solid and liquid) on the environment and we proposed solutions in order to reduce these effects based on The principle of determining the degree of severity. ملخص يعد قطاع الصناعة من أكبر القطاعات التي تساهم في تدهور البيئة، وعلى الرغم من أنظمة الدول الصناعية وتقنياتها المتقدّمة التي تلزم فيها المنشآت للحد من هذا الأثر، إلّا أنّ الأنشطة الصناعية الكثيرة والطلب المتزايد عليها ما زال يشكل ضغطاً على البيئة ومواردها الطبيعية، أما البلدان النامية فتعاني البيئة فيها من تأثير سلبي مضاعف، إذ إنّ الأثر البيئي القديم لا يزال قائماً ولم يتم حله، مثل إزالة الغابات، وانجراف التربة، إلى جانب ظهور مشاكل جديدة مرافقة لعمليات التصنيع، مثل ارتفاع نسبة الغازات المسببة للاحتباس الحراري، وتلوث المياه والهواء، وارتفاع حجم النفايات، وحدوث التصحر، والتلوّث الكيميائي . كمثال على ذلك وحدة تصنيع الحليب ومشتقاته خلال التصنيع ينتج عنها مختلف النفايات التي تشكل تهديدا و خطورة على الإنسان و البيئة لذا اخترنا في موضوعنا دراسة تأثير هذه النفايات ( الصلبة و السائلة ) على البيئة وقمنا باقتراح حلول من أجل التقليل من هذه التأثيرات انطلاقا من مبدأ تحديد درجة الخطورة | |
