| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة كيفية تعليم القرآن الكريم عبر تطبيق التليغرام، من خلال التعرف على العادات والأنماط التي يتبعها مستخدمي التطبيق،الأساليب والتقنيات التعليمية التي يوفرها التطبيق، وأبرز التحديات والصعوبات التي يواجهها مستخدمي التطبيق عند التعلم، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج المسحي باستخدام الاستبيان الالكتروني لجمع المعلومات من عينة تقدر بـ 112 مفردة من مستخدمي التليغرام المهتمين بتعلم القرآن الكريم. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها: أن سهولة الوصول إلى المحتوى هي أكثر الحوافز التي تشجعهم على الاستخدام، كما جاءت دروس التلاوة والمراجعة في المرتبة الأولى كأكثر متابعة، توصلنا أيضا إلى أن تطبيق التليغرام يشكل أداة فعالة في تقديم المحتوى القرآني بوسائط متعددة تساهم في تحفيز التعلم، وأن هناك تحديات تقنية وتنظيمية مثل ضعف الاتصال بالإنترنت وصعوبة التواصل المباشر مع المعلمين تؤثر على تجربة المستخدم summary : This study aims to explore how the Qur’an is taught through the Telegram application by examining the habits and patterns of its users, the educational methods and techniques the app provides, and the main challenges and difficulties users face during the learning process. The research was based on a survey methodology using an online questionnaire, with data collected from a sample of 112 Telegram users interested in learning the Qur’an. The study reached several key findings, most notably: ease of access to content is the primary incentive encouraging users to engage with the platform. Recitation and revision lessons were identified as the most followed types of content. It was also found that Telegram serves as an effective tool for delivering Qur’anic content through various multimedia formats that help stimulate learning. However, there are technical and organizational challenges—such as poor internet connectivity and limited direct interaction with instructors—that impact the overall user experience. | |
