| dc.description.abstract | تتناول هذه الأطروحة موضوعا هاما بين " إنهاء مهام الموظف العمومي وضماناته "، وقد حاول كل نظام قانوني آخر الرد من خلال هذا تهدف الدراسة إلى إظهار الضوابط والإجراءات التي وضعتها القانون وتنظيم شؤون انقضاء الالتزام القانونية التي تجمع إدارة الموظف، وبناء على ذلك فموظف الخدمة العامة لا يتوقف من تلقاء نفسه؛ لكن بل عندما لا يكون للحل سبب في أسباب ال نهاية؛ والذي يرجع بشكل رئيسي إلى إرادة الكائن الحي تستخدم لنفس الغرض أو لرغبة الموظف نفسه بحتة؛ ويمكن أيضا إنهاء هذه العلاقة وظيفية بقوة القانون، بحيث لا نستطيع أقول أن النهاية هي الوضع القانوني فقدان الوضع الوظيفي رسميThis thesis deals with an important topic among ''The termination of the functions of a public agent and its guarantees'', and any other legal system has tried to answer through this study is to show the controls and procedures established by the law and the organization of affairs of the expiration of the legal obligation that brings the management of the employee, and based on this the public service employee does not stop on his own; but rather when the solution has no reason for the reasons for the termination; which is mainly due to the will of the body used for the same or a desire purely of the employee himself; could also terminate this functional relationship by force of law, so that we can not say that the end is the legal status lose employment status of civil servant | |
