مجتمع الدراسة : اعتمدنا في دراستنا على العينة القصدية والتي تمثل 24 أستاذة بثانوية بوغديري مختار ، وتم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة من حيث جمع المعلومات على اداة الإستمارة
والمقابلة
وتم التوصل بعد تحليل البيانات أ، الفرضيات قد تحققت وأ، المرأة تعاني من عدم التوفيق بين
العمل بالمؤسسة والبيت ، كما أن اراتب الشهري يحدث مشاكل للمرأة قد تلجأ للتخلي عن
عملها وبهذا تكون التحديات لها تأثير سلبي على عمل المرأة .
Abstract : Where the problematic of the study centered on the following main question: What are the challenges facing women's work in the institution?
Two hypotheses have been formulated : The balance between work in the institution and home is the biggest challenge you face.
It is the monthly salary Objectives of the study : Exposing the challenges facing women's work Addressing the challenges that hinder women's work Method used :
The descriptive method was used.
Time scope : This study, in its theoretical and field aspects, covered the academic year 2022/2023.
Study population: In our study, we relied on the intentional sample, which represents 24 female teachers at Boghdiri Mukhtar Secondary School.
It was concluded, after analyzing the data, that the hypotheses have been verified, or that the woman suffers from a lack of reconciliation between work in the institution and the home, and that the monthly salary causes problems for the woman who may resort to giving up her work, and thus the challenges have a negative impact on the work of the woman.
