| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: تعاني مدننا اليوم العديد من المشاكل،التي دفعت بالعديد من دول العالم عامة و الجزائر خاصة،لإيجاد الحلول لها،أهمها سياسة إقامة المدن الجديدة التي أصبحت مطلبا ضروريا،لتحقيق التنمية الحضرية،فقد جاءت كردة فعل على التحولات الجذرية والسريعة التي عرفها المجتمع الجزائري،و التي تميزت بضغوطات قوية على المجتمع و التنمية و كانت فكرة إقامة المدن الجديدة قرارا سياسيا،و تخطيطيا موجها،وفقا للإمكانيات المادية و الاقتصادية،مع مراعاة القيم الثقافية و الاجتماعية للسكان.و على الرغم من ذلك إلا أن هذه السياسات اصطد مت بمشكلات كبيرة.
