Abstract
اختلفت مجالات ممارسة التعبير باختلاف وسائل الإعلام والاتصال، وأضاف إليها التطور التكنولوجي نطاقا أوسع ومجالا أرحب من حيث الكم والكيف، الأمر الذي فرض على الدولة التكيف معه من خلال تنظيم سير وسائل الإعلام وتقنينها، فتم إعادة النظر في قانون الإعلام بإضافة مواد قانونية وحذف أخرى تماشيا مع المستجدات الطارئة على الساحة الوطنية والدولية.
The fields of expression differed according to the different means of media and communication, and technological development added to them a broader scope and scope in terms of quantity and quality, which forced the state to adapt to it by regulating and codifying the operation of the media. Thus, the media law was reconsidered by adding legal articles and deleting others in line with Urgent developments on the national and international scene.
