| dc.description.abstract | ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الالتزام التنظيمي في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية في مديرية بريد الجزائر ولاية خنشلةوهذا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، ولجمع البيانات قمنا بتوزيع الاستبيان على عينة بلغ حجمها 46موظف، وبالاستعانة ببرنامج التحليل الاحصائي spss تم تحليل البيانات، وقد تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: ان أبعاد الالتزام التنظيمي الأكثر تأثيرا على جودة الخدمة العمومية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة هي "البعد العاطفي"و "البعد المستمر". وجود تشابه في وجهات نظر افراد العينة ما يؤكد وجود مستوى عال من الالتزام التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة. هناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الالتزام التنظيمي ببعديه "المستمر" و "العاطفي" وجودة الخدمة العمومية. Summary : This study aimed to identify the role of organizational commitment in improving the quality of public service in the Algerian Post Office in Khenchela Province, relying on the descriptive and analytical approach. To collect data, we distributed the questionnaire to a sample of46 employees, and with the help of the SPSS statistical analysis program, the data was analyzed, and the following results were reached : The dimensions of organizational commitment that have the greatest impact on the quality of public service in the institution under study are the “emotional dimension” and the “continuous dimension.” There is a similarity in the viewpoints of the sample members, which confirms the existence of a high level of organizational commitment within the institution. There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational commitment in its two dimensions, “continuous” and “emotional,” and the quality of public service. | |
