| dc.description.abstract | الأحكام الجنائية هي قرارات تصدرها المحاكم في سياق القضايا الجنائية لتحديد المسؤولية الجنائية للمتهمين وتحديد العقوبات المناسبة لهم في حالة إدانتهم بارتكاب جرائم. تنفيذ الأحكام الجنائية هي المرحلة التي تبدأ من صدور الحكم الجنائي النهائي إلى التنفيذ الفعلي للعقوبة الجنائية بأشكالها المختلفة. وهي مرحلة بالغة الأهمية أهملت دراستها واعتبرت نتيجة للمراحل السابقة. وقد اختلط الأمر مع المرحلة اللاحقة لتنفيذ العقوبة رغم الاختلاف بينهما، وهو ما تم توضيحه من خلال هذه الدراسة المتواضعة لتحديد إجراءات تنفيذ الأحكام الجزائية، بما في ذلك مختلف أنواع العقوبات الجنائية، ومن ثم التطرق إلى القواعد التي ضمان التنفيذ القانوني الأمثل، بدءاً من إجراءات تنفيذ حكم الإعدام القضائي وحتى تنفيذ أحكام الغرامة الجنائية.Criminal rulings are decisions issued by courts in the context of criminal cases to determine the criminal responsibility of the accused and determine the appropriate penalties for them if they are convicted of crimes.
