dc.description.abstract	Abrtrqct: This research aims to approach the concept of "Texto' in the foundational heritage through clarifying its essence and existence. The text-prevailing culture dismissed or kept away the foundational heritage for the sake of interpretation (pragmatic) activities in scholarly issues. Actually, the foundational heritage studies have focused on the reader and the process of interpretation, at the expense of the concept of "text" rather than its virtues. Likewise, contemporary studies coped with interpretation heavily and roughly. Then, it is high time to highlight the "Text" by overpassing analyses and rehearsals, to dig into its essence and existence. ملخص البحث يقف موضوع البحث عند مفهوم النص في التراث الأصولي بهدف استجلاء ،ماهيته، وتبين مسألة وجوده، حيث أنه ليس من المعقول تغييب هذا المفهوم أو التشكيك فيه، في ظل ثقافة وسمت ضمن غيرها من الثقافات بأنها ثقافة نص، وكل هذا بسبب الاهتمام الكبير الذي حظي به النشاط التأويلي في هذا التراث على حساب مفهوم النص. ولئن كانت الدراسات التراثية الأصولية قد أعارت كل الأهمية للقارئ وللعملية التأويلية، على حساب مفهوم النص وليس لصالحه مثلها مثل ما حدث في بعض الدراسات المعاصرة التي تشربت من كأس التأويل حتى الثمالة، فإنه قد حان الوقت لتغيير الوجهة نحو النص وتسليط الضوء عليه ليس بالتحليل والممارسة وإنما بالبحث عن ماهيته ووجوده
