Abstract
Abstract
When Humans trying to correct the negative effects of the most part of their activities on the surrounding environment they frequently end up making things more complicated, but sometimes a good management with a good control of human activities can give agood result not only environmentally but also economically and socially. In this case the management of municipal solid waste is a good example.
In order to assess the management of household and similar waste in the wilaya of khenchela as well as the census of illegal dumps and their impact on the environment. A descriptive study was carried out showed that in Khenchela as everywhere in Algeria, the waste management shows a significant failure because of the policy adopted for years and which has not been updated according to the demographic data also the absence of the citizen's ecocivism and the non-application of dissuasive laws against polluters.

البشر ، الذين يحاولون تصحيح الآثار الضارة لمعظم أنشطتهم على البيئة ، غالبًا ما ينتهي بهم الأمر إلى جعل الأمور أكثر تعقيدًا ، ولكن غالبًا ما تؤدي الإدارة الجيدة مع التحكم الجيد في الأنشطة البشرية إلى نتائج جيدة ليس فقط على المستوى البيئي ولكن أيضًا على المستوى الاقتصادي والمستويات الاجتماعية. في هذه الحالة ، تعتبر إدارة النفايات الصلبة الحضرية مثالا جيدًا

الملوثين.
