Abstract
الملخص : يمثل الذكاء الاصطناعي عصب التطور الرقمي ومسار التحول العميق والجذري للمنظومتين الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، لكونه يعتمد بشكل كبير على الاستعمال المتقدم للتكنولوجيا الحديثة والرقمنة والحواسيب وبهذا فهو يعبد الطريق لبناء نسيج قوي وكثيف لاقتصاد المعرفة في أي بلد، وعليه تسعى الجزائر لبناء بنية تحتية رقمية حاضنة لهذا التطور الرقمي التكنولوجي وذلك من خلال رفع تحدي التكوين البشري ومن ثم القفز إلى مسار الدول المتطورة وتعميم الرقمنة والتي تتطلع اليها الجزائر الجديدة في المرحلة المقبلة والتي لا تتحمل المزيد من التأخير، فمن أول مركز للذكاء الاصطناعي إلى انشاء مدرسة عليا إلى أولى التجارب في قيام مؤسسات ناشئة في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي، فمن خلال تطبيق هذا الذكاء يتسنى التسيير الأتوماتيكي وتقديم حلول رقمية ذكية للعديد من المشاكل والأزمات وبالخصوص في قطاع الصحة، البيئة والتعليم. وهذا ما تسعى إلى طرحه هذه الورقة البحثية وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على تجربة رائدة في مجال استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي من قبل المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر ألا وهي شركة "إنكيديا" الناشئة والتي طرحت دعائم تعليمية رقمية لتلاميذ الطور المتوسط والثانوي مبنية على الذكاء الاصطناعي وذلك من خلال طرحها "لموقع معلم" في الفضاء الافتراضي لتطوير ورفع كفاءة قطاع التعليم في الجزائر.
Abstract: Artificial intelligence represents the backbone of digital development and the path of deep and radical transformation of the social and economic systems, because it depends heavily on the advanced use of modern technology, digitization and computers, and thus it paves the way to build a strong and dense fabric of the knowledge economy in any country, and therefore Algeria seeks to build a digital infrastructure that incubates this digital technological development by raising the challenge of human formation and then jumping to the path of developed countries and the popularization of digitization, which the new Algeria aspires to in the next stage, which does not Tolerate further delays, From the first AI center to the establishment of a higher school to the first experiments in the establishment of emerging institutions in the field of artificial intelligence, through the application of this intelligence enables automatic management and the provision of smart digital solutions to many problems and crises, especially in the health, environment and education sector. This is what this paper seeks to present by highlighting apioneering experience in the field of the use of artificial intelligence by the emerging institutions in Algeria, namely the startup company Enkidia, which has introduced digital educational pillars for middle and secondary students based on artificial intelligence by offering a 'teacher's position' in the virtual space to develop and raise the efficiency of the education sector in Algeria.
