| dc.description.abstract | تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوعا مهما في القضية الصحراويةتعتبر أحد العوامل الرئيسية للتوتر بين الجزائر والمغرب منذ عقود. وتدعم الجزائر جبهة البوليساريو التي تطالب باستقلال الصحراء الغربية، بينما يعتبر المغرب أراضيها جزءا من التكامل مع الصحراء الغربية. أدى هذا إلى تفكك التمزقات الدبلوماسية المتكررة وإغلاق الحدود بين البلدين منذ عام 1994، وهو ما كان له تأثير سلبي على التبادلات الاقتصادية والتعاون الإقليمي. العواقب الرئيسية هي التالية: • انسداد اتحاد المغرب العربي وتأخر الاندماج الإقليمي. • دورة تدريبية حول الأسلحة بين البلدين، تدعم التنمية الاقتصادية. • التوترات الأمنية الناجمة عن تصعيد الصراعات في أفريقيا الشمالية. • التدخلات الدولية التي تؤدي إلى تفاقم الصراع. وأدى ذلك إلى مأزق سياسي، واستمرار التوترات بين الجزائر والمغرب، والعقبات التي تحول دون تحقيق الاستقرار والتقدم في المنطقة.
