| dc.description.abstract | تعمل مؤسسات التأمين الجزائرية في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة، وبعد تحريرها من احتكار الدولة ودخولها المنافسة العالمية لابد لها من استغلال معارفها لإنشاء قيمة تدعم تنافسيتها العالمية. وتتوفر الجزائر على قدرة تنافسية وطنية قوية لصناعة التأمينات، حيث تتوفر على عوامل إنشائها، الطلب، الصناعات المكملة واهتمام الحكومة بتهيئة الهياكل القاعدية والموارد البشرية. كما يتميز محيطها التنافسي بشدة التنافس، مما يتيح فرص النجاح. ولمواجهة المنافسة تقوم هذه المؤسسات باستغلال رأسمالها الهيكلي لإنشاء مزايا تنافسية بالخدمة المعروضة حتى تدعم تنافسيتها العالمية. Algerian insurance companies process their activities following the Knowledge Economy way. As a precaution after their independance from governement monopole, exploitation of the knowledge became a must to create values in order to support thier worldwide competitiveness. Algeria provides a powerfull national competitiveness capacities in insurances industry field, including factors, the demand, complementary industries and governement. Being in a competitive environement, chances for success increase. To confront such competition, theses companies exploit their stuctural capital to create competitive advantages with the offered service and. As a result, support of their worldwide competitiveness. | |
