| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : تأتي هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف على تأثير استخدام شبكة الأنترانت على عملية الرقابة بالصندوق الوطني للتقاعد تبسة ، من خلال دراسة وصفية ميدانية اعتمدنا فيها على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، ونظرا لمحدودية عدد مفردات مجتمع البحث فضلنا أن يكون مسحا شاملا لجميع موظفي المؤسسة الذين يستخدمون شبكة الأنترانت في عملهم ،والبالغ عددهم 36 موظف.وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:أن أهمية استخدام شبكة الأنترانت في الرقابة تظهر أكثر في إمكانية مقارنة الإنجاز بالخطط الموضوعة. Abstract: This study aims to identifying the impact of the use of the intranet on the control process of the national pension fund in Tebessa, through a descriptive field study in wich we relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting information. Because of the limited number of search community vocabulary, we preferred to have a comprehensive survey of all 36 employees using the intranet in their work. This study has reached a number of results; the most important of wich is that the importance of using the intranet in the performance of the control process shows more in the possibility of comparing the achievement with the planned plans. | |
