| dc.description.abstract | أصبح العالم اليوم يتسم بالديناميكية والمنافسة والتغيرات: التكنولوجية، الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، الثقافية…. الخ. تصاعد الاهتمام بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة مؤخرا بسبب خصوصياتها وأهميتها وتعدد الأطراف المهتمة بها، بحيث أصبحت تلعب دورا مهما في عملية النهوض الاقتصادي. ومن منطلق الأجواء التنافسية شديدة الصعوبة التي يواجهها هذا القطاع، اتضحت أهمية حاضنات أعمال المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة فهذه المنظومات المستحدثة تعمل على تطوير وتحديث مفهوم دعم ورعاية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. وتعتبر أكثر المنظومات التي تم ابتكارها في العشرية الأخيرة فاعلية ونجاحًا في الإسراع في تنفيذ برامج التنمية الاقتصادية والتكنولوجية، وأداة تنموية جد فعالة خاصة مع مساهمتها في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية إضافة الى الاستدامة البيئية. The world today is characterized by dynamism, competition, and changes: technological, economic, social, cultural…. etc. Interest in small and medium enterprises has increased recently due to their specificities, importance, and the multiplicity of parties interested in them, such that they have begun to play an important role in the process of economic advancement. In light of the extremely difficult competitive environment facing this sector, the importance of business incubators for small and medium enterprises has become clear. These innovative systems work to develop and modernize the concept of supporting and nurturing small and medium enterprises. It is considered the most effective and successful system that has been invented in the last decade in accelerating the implementation of economic and technological development programs, and a very effective development tool, especially with its contribution to achieving social development in addition to environmental sustainability. | |
