| dc.description.abstract | ملخص الأطروحة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تحليل الدور الذي تلعبه المشاريع المقاولاتية الشبانية في إنعاش سوق الشغل في الجزائر، وذلك بإجراء دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة سندس للأفرشة والأغطية بتبسة، من خلال الإعتماد على دراسة المسح الشامل كونها تضمنت 205 عاملا، مع تطبيق المنهج الوصفي وإستخدام تقنية الملاحظة والإستبيان والمقابلة والوثائق والسجلات كأدوات منهجية لجمع المعلومات الميدانية. وبناءا على ما سبق، يمكن التأكيد أن المشاريع المقاولاتية الشبانية تشكل رافعة حقيقية لإنعاش سوق الشغل في الجزائر، بل وتعتبر خيارا إستراتيجيا يعزز من فرص التوظيف ويمكن من تفعيل الإندماج الاجتماعي وتكريس ثقافة جديدة للعمل. Study Summary: This study aims to analyze the role played by youth entrepreneurial projects in revitalizing the labor market in Algeria. To achieve this objective, a field study was conducted at the Sondos Bedding and Covers Company in Tebessa, using a comprehensive survey approach that included 205 employees. The descriptive method was applied, and data were collected using observation, questionnaires, interviews, as well as official documents and records as methodological tools. Based on the findings, it can be affirmed that youth entrepreneurial initiatives constitute a genuine lever for revitalizing the Algerian labor market. Moreover, they represent a strategic option that enhances employment opportunities, promotes social integration, and fosters a new work culture. | |
