| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : يدرس هذا البحث واقع تطبيق الممارسات الإدارية الحديثة في مجال إدارة الموارد البشرية في الجزائر، حيث تتمثل أهداف هذه الدراسة في التعرف على مختلف الممارسات الإدارية الحديثة في إدارة الموارد البشرية وكذا واقع تطبيقها في المؤسسات الجزائرية، وذلك باستخدام منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم التعرض لبعض الأدبيات التي تناولت هذا الموضوع. أظهرت الدراسة أن العديد من المؤسسات الناجحة تطبق الممارسات الإدارية الحديثة بدلا من الممارسات الإدارية التقليدية لما لها من دور في تحسين الأداء و التنافسية، و من جهة أخرى فإن المؤسسات الجزائرية متأخرة نوعا ما في هذا المجال و مازالت تطبق العديد من الممارسات التقليدية في مختلف الوظائف. Abstract : This research investigates the modern human resource management practices in Algeria. Our study aims to: a) understand the different human resource management practices, b) explore also the application of these practices in Algerian companies. The method of this study is descriptive analytic research, using some literature on this subject. This paper showed that many successful companies are adopting modern human resource management practices in order to develop their performance and to stay more competitive. In other hand Algerian companies are late in this area and many traditional practices are still applied in different function | |
