dc.description.abstractملخص الدراسة : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الصعوبات الاجتماعية التي يواجهها ذوو الإعاقة الذهنية في الوسط الحضري، من خلال رصد مظاهر التهميش والإقصاء وضعف الاندماج الاجتماعي. و اعتمدت الدراسة على مقاربة ميدانية بولاية خنشلة لتسليط الضوء على العوائق المرتبطة بالأسرة، المدرسة، والفضاءات العامة، وكشف التباين بين السياسات المعلنة والواقع المعاش، وقد خلصت النتائج إلى أن غياب الوعي المجتمعي وضعف الدعم المؤسسي يشكلان أبرز العوائق أمام تحقيق إدماج فعلي لهذه الفئة. Abstract :This study aims to analyze the social difficulties faced by individuals with intellectual disabilities in urban settings, by highlighting issues of marginalization, exclusion, and weak social integration. It relies on a field study conducted in Khenchela to shed light on barriers related to the family, school, and public spaces, while revealing the gap between declared policies and lived realities. The findings show that the lack of social awareness and insufficient institutional support are the main obstacles to effective inclusion of this group.
