Abstract
تعتبر قضية أخلاقيات الإدارة من القضايا التي أصبح لها صدى واسع في العصر الحالي
كون أخلاقيات الإدارة تهدف لتحديد القواعد التي تحكم وتضبط سلوكيات الأفراد وما يفعلونه ،وكل
القرارات الأخلاقية أساسها قيم الفرد والقيم هي مبادئ سلوك مثلا الأمانة ،المساءلة ،الالتزام بتنفيذ
الوعود ،...الخ ،وتعد هذه القيم كأساسيات لتحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية التي تعتبر من أكبر
التحديات التي تواجهها المؤسسات في البلدان النامية والمتقدمة ،والتي من خلالها يمكن للمؤسسة
تحقيق التميز والتفوق.
The issue of management ethics is one of the issues that has gained wide resonance
in the current era, since management ethics aims to determine the rules that govern
and control the behavior of individuals and what they do, and all ethical decisions are
based on the values of the individual and values are principles of behavior, for
example, honesty, accountability, commitment to the implementation of promises,.. etc,
and these values are considered as basics for achieving social responsibility, which is
one of the biggest challenges faced by institutions in developing and developed
countries, and through which the institution can achieve excellence and superiority.
