Abstract
يمثل زيادة الانفاق على الصحة لإنقاذ الأرواح ومساعدة المتضررين من عمليات الاغلاق نتيجة للحجر الصحي الحل الوحيد أمام الحكومات، وهو ما وضعها أمام أزمة حقيقية تمثلت في البحث عن مصادر لتمويل النفقات مقابل انخفاض الايرادات نتيجة لتوقف النشاط الاقتصادي مما خلف عجز في الموازنة العامة، وقد سارعت الجزائر كغيرها من البلدان إلى تدارك الوضع الاقتصادي منذ بداية الجائحة من خلال اجراءات احترازية على مستوى النفقات والايرادات والتي كان لها الأثر على الميزانية العامة. Abstract Increased health spending to save lives and help those affected by quarantine closures is the only solution for governments, which has placed them in the face of a genuine crisis to seek sources of financing for expenditures in exchange for reduced revenues as a consequence of the economic downturn, resulting a deficit in the public budget. Algeria, like other countries, has been quick to redress the economic situation since the beginning of the pandemic through precautionary measures in terms of expenditures and revenues that have had an impact on the public budget.
