dc.description.abstractالملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار دور الإدارة بالمشاركة من خلال أبعادها المتمثلة في الاتصال الفعال بناء فرق العمل تحفيز العاملين والتدريب ( على الرضا الوظيفي في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية و التجارية وعلوم التسيير خنشلة. كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات حول متغيرات الدراسة، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة تتكون من 30 موظف) تم اختيارها عشوائيا من مجتمع كلي يتكون من 40 موظف حيث تم توزيع 30 استبانه استرجعت جميعها، في حين تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss من أجل تحليل إجابات المبحوثين وإختبار فرضيات الدراسة. ABSTRACT : This study aimed to test the role of participative management through its dimensions (effective communication, team building, motivation and training) on job satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences in Khenchela. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data on the variables of the study. The study was conducted on a sample (consisting of 30 employees) randomly selected from a total population of 40 employees where 30 questionnaires were distributed and all of them were returned, while the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyse the respondents' answers and test the hypotheses of the study.
