| dc.description.abstract | تعد مهمة حفظ السلم والأمن الدوليين مهمة معقدة مثيرة في كل تفاصيلها اليوم، ففي ظل تركيبة دولية قائمة بتوازناتها على محددات اللجوء إلى الحرب كوسيلة لتسوية النزاعات، أنشئت منظمة الأمم المتحدة آليات فعالة تمكن من دفع العلاقات فيما بين الدول نحو التعاون بدل الصراع منها عمليات حفظ السلام التي برزت كآلية فعالة أوجدتها الأمم المتحدة لأجل فرض حالة من الأمن والسلام في إطار نزاع ما، دون استخدام السلاح أو اللجوء إلى القوة إلى حين تحقيق التسوية السلمية وبلوغها. وقد تضاعف تعداد هذه العمليات بشكل غير مسبوق في فترة ما بعد الحرب الباردة، في ظل الانفراج في العلاقات الدولية على إثر أفول الصراع الإيديولوجي القطبي وما شهدته هذهل اعمليات من تطور في مفهومها وأبعادها وتنوع توشعب مجالات الأعمال التي تقوم بها في الوقت الراهن The task of maintaining international peace and security is a task complex in every detail currently, under the composition of a list international level of the determinants of the recourse to war as a means of settling conflicts. The United Nations has put in place mechanisms effective measures that can succeed in pushing relations between countries back towards cooperation rather than conflict, including peacekeeping operations which emerged as an effective mechanism created by the organization to the establishment of a state of security and peace in the context of a dispute, without the use of weapons or force until a peaceful settlement | |
