dc.description.abstractملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية: يعتبر موضوع البطالة من المواضيع المهمة في المجتمع، حيث حاولت هذه الدراسة التركيز على أثر بطالة الخرجين على اختيار الطلبة للتخصصات الجامعية، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة خلفيات اختيار الطلبة للتخصصات والكشف عن تأثير مشكلة بطالة الخرجين كأحد العوامل المحددة لهذا الاختيار. ولقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بهدف الوصول إلى إثبات صحة الفرضيات وتعميم النتائج المتوصل إليها، مع الاستعانة بأدوات جمع البيانات متمثلة في استمارة الاستبيان كأداة أساسية شملت254بنداً)، بالإضافة إلى المقابلة الحرة والملاحظة بسيطة، كما تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية من طلبة قسم علم الاجتماع بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن:  بطالة الخرجين تأثر على اختيار الطلبة للتخصصات الجامعية  تؤدي بطالة الخرجين إلى تجنب الطلبة اختيار التخصصات الجامعية التي لا تتماشى مع متطلبات سوق العمل.  تساهم بطالة المتخرجين في توجيه الطلبة نحو اختيار التخصصات الجامعية التي تدعم التوجه المقاولاتي. الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية: unemployment is expected to be regarded as significant issue within society, as this study attempted to focus on the impact of graduate unemployment on students' choice of university majors. It aimed to understand the backgrounds of students' choice of majors and to reveal the impact of the problem of graduate unemployment as one of the factors determining this choice. The descriptive approach was used to prove the validity of the hypotheses and generalize the results reached, with the help of data collection tools represented by the questionnaire as a basic tool that included (25) items, in addition to the free interview and simple observation. A stratified random sample of students from the Sociology Department at the College of Social and Human Sciences was also selected. The study concluded that: . Graduate unemployment affects students' choice of university majors. . Graduate unemployment leads students to avoid choosing university majors that do not match the requirements of the labor market. . Graduate unemployment contributes to directing students towards choosing university majors that support entrepreneurial orientation 1
