| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى مساهمة التحسين المستمر الكايزن في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي، فمن خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي تمت في مؤسسة كوندور وحدة Cuisson et PEM PEM- برج بوعريريج.- بالاعتماد على الإستبيان الموزع على 66 عامل من مختلف المستويات، توصلنا إلى أن هناك علاقة تأثير موجبة وقوية بين التحسين المستمر الكايزن بمؤشراته ( القيادة الفعالة؛ التمكين؛ التدريب؛ التحفي) واإلبداع التنظيمي. كما أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى الإبداع التنظيمي، تعزى لخاصية الخبرة لأقل من 5 سنوات. Abstract : This study aims to identify of the contribution of continuous improvement Kaizin in promoting organizational creativity it is through the field study That is done at the Condor Foundation (Cuisson and PEM) --Bordj Bou Ariridj-. Depending on the questionnaire form distributor on 06 factor from different levels ،the study reached several results, the most important of which is the existence positive and strong of a statistically significant relationship between continuous improvement processes kaizen With its indicators (Effective leadership ؛Empowerment ؛Training؛ Stimulus( and the organizational creativity. It is also there are no differences on the level continuous improvement، attributed to feature professional experience Less than 5 years.
