| dc.description.abstract | Pseudomonas fluorescens are the types of agricultural soil and plant rhizosphere inhabitants, and are involved in many interactions with plants These bacteria are considered organic compounds of agricultural land and are responsible for the control of fungal diseases in crops This Pseudomonas decrease the severity of the disease and stimulate the growth of plants such as wheat. Many studies are dedicated to 20 bacterial strains were isolated in the laboratory of biology at the University Abbas Laghrour Khenchela in May 2012. A morphological, physiological and biochemical on specific areas, summers are performed in the laboratory of biology at the University Abbas Laghrour khenchela. Identifying 20souches led 18 strains that have the basic characteristics of Pseudomonas fluorescens. These isolates showed an antagonistic power, in vitro, vis-à-vis the fungal plant pathogens (Fusarium) Pseudomonas fluorescens هو المقيم النوعي للتربة الزراعية و ريز وسفير النباتات ، وتشارك في العديد من التفاعلات مع النباتات وتعتبر هذه البكتيريا مركبات عضوية للأراضي الزراعية، وهي المسؤولة عن مكافحة الأمراض الفطرية في المحاصيل. هذه pseudomonas تقلل من شدة المرض وتحفز نمو النباتات مثل القمح . العديد من الدراسات اجريت ل 20 سلاسة بكتيرية كانت معزولة في مختبر علم الاحياء في جامعة عباس لغرور خنشلة في ماي 2012 . تحديد الخصائص المورفولوجية والفسيولوجية والبيوكيميائية للسلالات على أوساط غذائية مختلفة تم اجرائها في مختبر علم الأحياء في جامعة عباس لغرور خنشلة. تحديد 20 سلالة اكدت ان 18 سلالة فقط لديها الخصائص الاساسية ل Pseudomonas fluorescens اظهرت هذه السلالات المعزولة في المخبر قوة معادية ضد مسببات المرض النباتية القطرية fusariums | |
