Abstract
أقرت التشريعات المقارنة الحديثة التركيز الاقتصادي كمفهوم حديث النشأة في النظم القانونية على وجه العموم، وفي مجال حرية المنافسة والتجارة خصوصا. وباعتبار الجزائر من الدول التي تسعى إلى تطبيق سياسة اقتصادية متطورة وفرض قواعد المنافسة الحرة، وهذا من أجل دفع الشركات التجارية والمؤسسات الاقتصادية إلى احتلال وضعيات اقتصادية مهيمنة في أسواق المنتجات والخدمات تمكنها من مواجهة المنافسة الحرة التي تفضلها باقي التجمعات الاقتصادية، ومنه تكمن اشكالية البحث حول مدى وضوح ودقة المفهوم القانوني للتركيز الاقتصادي حسب التشريع الجزائري؟.
