| dc.description.abstract | يعتبر الوقف من بين الأمور التي يقوم بها المسلمون في جميع دول العالم ،نظرا لأهميته وفوائده على المجتمع و الدولة ،ونظرا للتطور العلمي و التكنولوجي أصبح الوقف يحتاج إلى طريقة تسيير جديدة ،من أجل جلب المنافع و الأرباح ،حيث أن بعض الأوقاف الضخمة لابد لها من أخصائيين ومشرفين وآلات حديثة من أجل التسيير الجيد،لذا نجد أن التكنولوجيا أصبحت ضرورية للوقف . قامت الكثير من الدول بتسيير الأراضي و الشركات الوقفية ،ونتج عنها فائدة كبيرة ،وتعد هذه تجارب ناجحة لابد من الاستفادة منها من قبل الدول الأخرى ،حتى تتحقق المصلحة العامة و الخاصة ،وكل هذا بفعل استخدام التكنولوجيا ومن بين هذه التجارب نذكر تجربة الهند و الأردن ،ماليزيا و الكويت.
