Abstract
الملخص :
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الإدارة بالأهداف في تحسين أداء الموظفين بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة عباس لغرور خنشلة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واعتماد الاستبيان كطريقة لجمع المعلومات، وتم التوصل إلى نتائج أهمهاوجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة قوية بين متغيري الإدارة بالأهداف و أداء الموظفين في الكلية محل الدراسة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الحرص على معرفة المشاكل التي يواجهها الموظفون، والتغلب عليها من خلال التدريب والتوعية بأهمية الإدارة بالأهداف التي من شأنها أن تضمن الآداءالعالي للمؤسسة.
Abstract:
The study aimed to determine the extent to which management by objectives contributes to improving the performance of employees at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Abbas LagharourKhenchela University, The descriptive analytical method was used and a questionnaire was adopted as a method for collecting information, Results were reached, the most important of which is the presence of a strong positive correlation between the variables of management by objectives and performance, Employees in the college under study, The study recommended the need to be careful to know the problems faced by employees And overcome them through training and awareness of the importance of management by objectives that will ensure the high performance of the organization.
