Abstract
مستخلص الدراسة:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى التشوهات المعرفية لدى المدمنين على المخدرات، وربطها ببعض المتغيرات النفسية المرتبطة بسلوك الإدمان، كمدة التعاطي ونوع المادة المخدرة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استُخدم المنهج الوصفي، وطُبّق مقياس التشوهات المعرفية على عينة من المدمنين الذين كانوا يتابعون العلاج بالمركز الوسيط لصحة المدمنين بولاية تبسة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أنّ مستوى التشوهات المعرفية لدى أفراد العينة كان في المستوى المتوسط، مما يشير إلى أنّهم لا يعانون من تشوهات معرفية حادة. كما بيّنت نتائج تحليل التباين الأحادي عدم وجود فروق دالّة إحصائيًا في مستوى هذه التشوهات تُعزى إلى متغيري مدة الإدمان ونوع المخدر، وهو ما أدى إلى رفض الفرضيات الفرعية المرتبطة بهذين المتغيرين. وبناءً على هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إدماج برامج العلاج المعرفي السلوكي ضمن خطط التأهيل النفسي للمدمنين، نظرًا لما للجانب المعرفي من دور في تفسير وتعديل السلوك الإدماني.
Abstract :
This study aimed to explore the level of cognitive distortions among individuals addicted to drugs and to examine their relationship with certain psychological variables associated with addictive behavior, such as the duration of use and the type of drug consumed. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive method was used, and the Cognitive Distortions Scale was administered to a sample of addicts undergoing treatment at the Intermediate Center for Addicts’ Health in the Wilaya of Tebessa. The results showed that the level of cognitive distortions among the sample was moderate, indicating that these individuals did not suffer from severe cognitive distortions. One-way ANOVA results also revealed no statistically significant differences in the level of cognitive distortions based on the duration of addiction or the type of drug, leading to the rejection of the related sub-hypotheses. Based on these findings, the study recommended integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy programs into the psychological rehabilitation plans for addicts, given the importance of cognitive factors in understanding and modifying addictive behavior.
