ملخص:
هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب: رمزيات الماء وطقوس الارتواء في الشعر الجاهلي دراسة في نماذج -
مختارة. تحاول أن تجيب على سؤال أساسي هو: كيف فكر الشاعر العربي القديم في الماء؟ وفي سبيل
الإجابة عن هذا السؤال تفترض الدراسة أن توظيف الشاعر للماء هو توظيف رمزي بالدرجة الأولى.
وقد امتد البحث في سبيل كشف ذلك على مساحة فصلين تناول الأول حضور الماء في الأساطير والأديان
وتناول الثاني رمزيات الماء في نصوص شعرية مختارة.
Summary:
This study is titled: Water symbols and quenching rituals in pre-Islamic poetry - a study of selected models. We are trying to answer a basic question: How did the ancient Arab poet think about water? In order to answer this question, the study assumes that the poet's use of water is primarily symbolic. The research to uncover this extended over two chapters. The first dealt with the presence of water in myths and religions. The second dealt with the symbolism of water in selected poetic texts.
