الدراسة الاستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات، واختيرت عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم االجتماعية واإلنسانية بطريقة
عشوائية منتظمة حيث وزعت الاستمارة على 47 أستاذ وتم استرجاعها كلها، و بعد عرض وتحليل البيانات التي
تم جمعها من خلال أسئلة الاستمارة ومن جملة النتائج المتوصل إليها أن الثقافة التنظيمية تؤثر على الهوية
المهنية للأستاذ الجامعي فالنتائج بينت تأثير القيم التنظيمية والعمل الجماعي من خلال وجود توافق بين الثقافة
التنظيمية والهوية المهنية للأستاذ الجامعي، من خالل خلق مكانة مهنية له مما يؤدي إلى تكييف تمثلاته إزاء
هويته المهنية
Abstract : The current study aims to determine the impact of organizational culture on the professional identity of the University professor, and to achieve this, the areas of study (temporal, human, spatial) were identified and the approach used is the descriptive approach, the study used the form as a tool for collecting data, and the sample was selected from the professors of theFaculty of Social Sciences and Humanities in a regular random way, where the form was distributed to 47 professors and all of them were retrieved, and after viewing and analyzing the data that I collect through the questions of the form, among the findings that organizational culture affects the professional identity of the University professor, the results showed the impact of organizational values and teamwork from during The existence of a compatibility between the organizational culture and the professional identity of the University professor, by creating a professional position for him, which leads to adapting his representations to his professional identity
