| dc.description.abstract | يحل المجلس البلدي بقرار جمهوري بناء على تقرير من الوزير المكلف بالداخلية في الحالات الآتية: ثبوت عدم قدرة المجلس على القيام بمهامه: إذا ثبت ذلك. إذا كان المجلس البلدي غير قادر على القيام بواجباته الأساسية وإدارة شؤون البلدية بشكل سليم، يجوز حله بمرسوم رئاسي. إخلال المجلس بالنظام العام أو الإضرار بالمصلحة العامة: إذا ارتكب المجلس البلدي أعمالاً من شأنها الإخلال بالنظام العام، أو الإضرار بالمصلحة العامة، يجوز حله بمرسوم رئاسي. حدوث أحداث استثنائية تهدد الأمن العام أو تعرقل سير العمل في البلدية: إذا حدثت ظروف استثنائية مثل الكوارث الطبيعية أو أعمال الشغب التي تعرقل عمل المجلس البلدي وتهدد الأمن العام أو تعرقل سير العمل في البلدية، ويجوز حلها بمرسوم رئاسي.The municipal council is dissolved by presidential decree based on a report from the Minister in charge of the Interior, in the following cases: Proof of the council’s inability to carry out its duties: If it is proven that the municipal council is unable to perform its basic duties and manage municipal affairs properly, it may be dissolved by presidential decree.
