Abstract
الملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على حقيقة مدى مساهمة الإدارة البيئية في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المحلية المستدامة، ضمن متطلبات حماية البيئة والمحافظة عليها، ولأجل الإجابة على الإشكالية واختبار الفرضيات قمنا بدراسة تحليلية لشركة الاسمنت عين الكبيرة (سطيف) حول مدى تبنيها لنظام الإدارة البيئية، وأيضا قمنا
بدراسة واقع إعادة تدوير النفايات في الجزائر وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي. وقد أوضحت هذه الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق نظام الإدارة البينية يلعب دورا حاسما في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المحلية المستدامة، من خلال تنظيم وحماية الموارد بسن قوانين وتشريعات صارمة، كما يساهم تطبيق نظام
الإدارة البيئية في تخفيض المخاطر البيئية المتعلقة بالنفايات، من خلال توصيات متعلقة بتسيير النفايات.
Abstract:
This study aims to determine the extent to which environmental management contributes to achieving the dimensions of sustainable local development, within the requirements of protecting and preserving the environment. In order to answer the question and test the hypotheses, we conducted an analytical study of the Ain Lakbira Cement Company (Setif) on the extent of its adoption of the environmental management system, and we also studied the reality of waste recycling in Algeria using the descriptive and analytical methodology, using the descriptive and analytical approach.
This study shows that the application of environmental management system plays a crucial role in achieving the dimensions of sustainable local development by organizing and protecting resources through the enactment of strict laws and legislation, and the application of EMS contributes to the reduction of environmental risks related to waste, through recommendations related to waste management
