| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة انعكاسات العوامل الشخصية المرتبطة بجودة التدقيق الخارجي على إدارة أرباح الشركات، حيث تم اعتماد ثلاثة عوامل مرتبطة بجودة التدقيق وهي استقلالية المدقق، أتعاب المدقق، سمعة المدقق، ومن أجل قياس هذا الانعكاس تم تصميم استبانة وزعت على عينة من المهنيين والأكاديميين. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للعوامل الشخصية المرتبطة بجودة التدقيق الخارجي على إدارة أرباح الشركات، حيث أن العوامل المرتبطة بجودة التدقيق الخارجي تفسر ما نسبته (%23) من التغير الحاصل على إدارة الأرباح. This study aimed to know the implication of personal factors related to the external audit quality in the corporate earnings management, where three factors related to the external audit quality were adopted; the auditor’s independence, auditor’s fees and auditor’s reputation. In order to measure this reflection, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of auditors and academics.
