| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا الموضوع إلى التعريف بالظاهرة الإرهابية الدولية ، هذه الظاهرة التي أقلقت دول العالم وشعوبها، ,وهو ما جعل الحكومات تهتم بهذه الظاهرة وترصد لها وسائل مادية وبشرية وتخصص لها مبالغ مالية ضخمة للقضاء عليها كما سنت تشريعات داخلية ، ومن ذلك الجزائر التي تعرضت لهذه الظاهرة الغريبة على مجتمعنا وديننا والتي كادت تعصف بالدولة الجزائرية ، ونظرا لأهمية الموضوع في الدراسات القانونية والسياسية فإننا حاولنا التعرض بهذه الظاهرة دوليا ووطنيا طارحين الإشكاليات والأسئلة الآتية: ـ ما المقصود بالإرهاب ؟ ـ وما هي الوسائل القانونية المعتمدة للحد منها ؟ ـ وهل التشريعات المعتمدة كفيلة بمعالجة الظاهرة والحد منها This subject concerns the phenomenon of international terrorism which has shocked the countries of the world and these peoples. What governments are trying to beat is attacking this phenomenon with all that they have, material – human capacity and internal legislation. Among these countries, Algeria which resisted and attacked this foreign phenomenon of our societies and religion. The problem with this subject is _ What is the definition of terrorism? _ What are the legal methods applied to defend it? _ are these laws applied to limit this phenomenon? | |
