| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: يمكن للملاحظة والمتتبع للشأن الإعلامي تسجيل التطور الهائل وزخم القضايا المطروحة للنقاش بشأنه وتعدد مجالاته. كان ذلك نتاجاً طبيعياً لتنامي القوة الإعلامية وتداخلها في تنظيم وبلورة وعي الشعوب والأمم. لعل هذا ما دفعنا في هذا المقام لمناقشة مسألة الأخلاقيات المهنية للمرأة الإعلامية من جانبه السوسيولوجي، كون هذه الأخلاقيات من الملفات الهامة التي لم تضبط فيها السلطات المسألة بشكل نهائي للارتقاء بالمشهد الإعلامي. واكتفى فيها المشرع الجزائري بتقنين الأخلاقيات المهنية للإعلام بعيدا عن خصوصية الثقافية للبلاد، وبالأخص وضع المرأة فيه. من هذا التموقع ستكون قراءتنا الجندرية لطبيعة العلاقة بين الأخلاقيات المهنية والأطر الاجتماعية في السياقات الجزائرية. Abstract: Those who follow the media can record the tremendous development and the multitude of issues for discussion. This was a natural result of the development of media power. This has made us discuss the issue of professional ethics for women journalists on the social side. Because this is one of the important files in which the authorities did not completely control the issue to improve the media landscape. And the Algerian legislator had only to put in place laws of professional ethics for the media away from the country's cultural specificity, especially the status of women in it. From this perspective will be our gender reading of the nature of the relationship between professional ethics and social frameworks in the Algerian context.
