Abstract
تعد اشكالية الاقليات احد اهم مواضيع الساعة نظرا لما تحمله من ازمات تهدد السلم والامن الداخلي للدولة او للاقليم ككل لذا تحاول دراستنا هذه التركيز على ازمة اكراد تركيا على اعتبار انها انموذج للنزاعات الإثنية و انعكاسها على الكيان القومي و السياسي في ظل مطالبها بتأكيد "هويتها" و "مكاسبها السياسية"، وصولا الى المطالبة بتكوين كيان سياسي جامع للقومية الكردية نتيجة لسياسات الإلغاء و التمييز العرقي/الهوياتي وغياب إدارة التعدد الأثني الذي ما لبث أن تحول إلى تهديد امني وجودي لتركيا، وصراعا هوياتيا بين الأقلية الكردية و القومية التركية، في ظل الفوضى الاقليمية الناشئة في دول الجوار وإمتدادها للعمق التركي، انعكس ذلك على سياستها الداخلية و توجهها الخارجي و الإقليمي، و أثر بدوره على الأمن الهوياتي للدولة ككل. The minorities’ issue is a one of the crucial topic of the day owing to the crisis that threaten the peace and the internal security of state Ore egıon,so, our study is going to focus on the crisis of “Turkey’s Kurds” are considered as one of the living examples of ethnic conflicts , and their reflection on the national and political entity in light of their demands to confirm its identity and “political gains”, leading to the demand for formation of a political entity discrimination , and the absence of managing ethnic pluralism, with soon turned later an existential security threat to turkey and struggle between the Turkish nationalism and Kurdish minority in light of the regional chaos emerging in the neighboring countries and its extension to the Turkish depth this was reflected in its internal politics and its external and regional and in turn affected identity security as a whole.
