dc.description.abstractالملخص : فصل الدين الإسلامي عن الدولة في الجزائر 1907-1947 مسألة مهمة في تاريخ الحركة الوطنية و الاستعمار الفرنسي ،فقد تفاعلت معها تياراتها و اتجاهاتها ،خاصة لحظة تأسيس لجنة الإصلاحات الإسلامية الثانية التي فتحت المجال لدراسة و معالجة المسائل السياسية و الاقتصادية و الدينية والاجتماعية ،وتطورت هذه المسألة بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية الى تناول صلب الدولة و السيادة والحكم و النظام العادل، فقد جعلتها جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين قضيتها الأولى في صراعها مع الحكومة العامة لتحرير الدين الإسلامي من سيطرتها ،وفق ما يتوفر عليه خطابها الإصلاحي القائم على اللغة العربية و الدين الإسلامي. كما تناولت هذه المسألة بقية الأحزاب الأخرى بما يتوفرون عليه من خلفيات فكرية و مرجعيات سياسية، فقد تبنى الاتحاد الديمقراطي للبيان الجزائري برئاسة فرحات عباس و الحزب الشيوعي الجزائري المبدأ السائد في الثقافة الفرنسية ، بينما كان حزب الشعب الجزائري / حركة انتصار الحريات الديمقراطية يري ضرورة الفصل في المسألة لأنها تمثل حقا من حقوق المسلمين الجزائريين يرتقي الى الحق في الاستقلال. ولأن الإدارة الفرنسية مثلت الطرف الثاني في القضية ،وقفنا على موقفها الاستعماري من مسألة فصل الدين الإسلامي عن الدولة ،رغم شرعية المطلب بصدور الدستور 20 سبتمبر 1947م ،وتوفر المواد القانونية التي تضمن استقلالية الديانة الإسلامية في الجزائر كبقية الديانات الأخرى ،ظلت المسألة تتأرج الى مابعد اندلاع الثورة التحريرية 1954 دون تسوية حل. abstract : The Separation of Islam from the State in Algeria (1907-1947): A Pivotal Issue The separation of Islam from the state in Algeria between 1907 and 1947 was a significant issue in the history of both the Algerian national movement and French colonialism. Various currents and trends interacted with this matter, especially during the establishment of the Second Committee for Islamic Reforms. This committee paved the way for the study and discussion of political, economic, religious, and social issues. After World War II, the issue evolved to address the core concepts of the state, sovereignty, governance, and a just system. The Association of Algerian Muslim Ulema made this their primary cause in their struggle with the General Government, aiming to liberate Islam from its control, in line with their reformist discourse based on the Arabic language and Islamic religion. Different Political Stances on Separation Other political parties also addressed this issue, each based on their intellectual backgrounds and political references. The Democratic Union of the Algerian Manifesto, led by Ferhat Abbas, and the Algerian Communist Party adopted the prevailing principle in French culture regarding separation. In contrast, the Algerian People's Party / Movement for the Triumph of Democratic Freedoms saw the necessity of separation as it represented a fundamental right of Algerian Muslims, elevating it to the right to independence. The French Colonial Stance As the French administration represented the other party in this matter, we examined its colonial stance on the separation of Islam from the state. Despite the legitimacy of the demand, especially with the promulgation of the Constitution of September 20, 1947, and the availability of legal articles guaranteeing the independence of the Islamic religion in Algeria like other religions, the issue remained unresolved until after the outbreak of the Algerian War of Liberation in 1954.
