| dc.description.abstract | لقد دعت المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية إلى ضرورة مكافحة ظاهرة الفساد بكافة أشكاله وصوره، وسارعت إلى إبرام اتفاقيات تضبط معالم الفساد وتحدد مفاهيمه وسبل معالجته، وتحديث منظومتها القانونية، وإنشاء هيئة وطنية للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، ومكتب مركزي لرصد جرائم الفساد، وذلك كله من أجل استئصال هذه الظاهرة، ومن أجل تكريس واحترام بنود الاتفاقيات الدولية والإقليمية الموقعة معها.International and regional organizations have called for the necessity of combating the phenomenon of corruption in all its forms and manifestations, and have rushed to conclude agreements that regulate the features of corruption, define its concepts and ways to address it, update their legal system, establish a national body for the prevention and fight against corruption, and a central office to monitor corruption crimes, all in order to eradicate this phenomenon, and to devote and respect the provisions of the international and regional agreements signed with them. | |
