Abstract
شهد قطاع خدمة الهاتف النقال في الجزائر تغيرات هيكلية بارزة خلال السنوات الأخيرة، حيث تزامن ذلك مع رفع احتكار الدولة لهذا القطاع بعد صدور القانون 03-2000، وتتمثل هذه التغيرات في دخول مؤسسات جديدة إلى القطاع بعد أن كان محتكرا من طرف الدولة وكذا معدلات النمو المرتفعة التي حققها القطاع، بالإضافة إلى تنوع القوانين والتشريعات التي أصدرتها الدولة لتنظيم ومراقبة هذه الصناعة، ومن أجل فهم هذه التغيرات ضمن هذا الإطار فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على النموذج المعروف بـ SCP، حيث سنركز على أحد عناصر هذا النموذج وهو هيكل الصناعة وذلك في قطاع خدمة الهاتف النقال في الجزائر.
The mobile service sector in Algeria has undergone significant
structural changes in recent years, coinciding with the lifting of the state
monopoly of this sector after the issuance of Law 03-2000, these changes
include the entry of new institutions into the sector after it was
monopolized by the state, as well as the high growth rates achieved by
the sector, in addition to the diversity of laws and regulations issued by
the State to regulate and control the industry, in order to understand these
changes within this framework, the study relied on the on the model
known as SCP .
Where we will focus on one of the elements of this model is the
structure of the mobile service industry in Algeria
